Processing Time

Your order will be handled and shipped within 2-4 business days. After it has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package. You can check the status of your delivery by visiting the "Track Your Order" page. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Expected Delivery:

Your order should arrive within 2-5 business days. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

*We cannot guarantee shipping times mentioned above, but are based on the average shipping time duration analyzed by our customers as a general guide. Shipping delays may be caused by natural disasters, inclement weather, war, public holidays, and factors outside our control.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All international orders may incur custom taxes and duties upon entry that will need to be paid by the customer. Podari Radost is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
